Materials made available by or on behalf of the Council to Homeless Persons (CHP) through the SHS Learning Hub - including eLearn course content, documentation and live training materials delivered by CHP - is owned by CHP or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may access and use CHP’s materials, on a non-exclusive basis, on the SHS Learning Hub, solely for your own professional development, training and education, provided that copyright notices and any watermarks on the materials are not removed or altered.

Except as permitted above or by law, you may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute or publish any of CHP’s materials made available through the SHS Learning Hub for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of CHP. CHP reserves all rights to CHP’s materials including under intellectual property laws.
